SSIL's ICT reporting service is undertaken as part of every SupportPlus contract. Once a year we will attend your site and perform an audit and investigation into the IT infrastructure. From this we produce a comprehensive report detailing all aspects of your network, focussing on the areas that need attention. Using the information gained from this process and input from the key stakeholders within your business we can formulate a plan for you IT infrastructure over the next 12 months.

Align IT and Business Goals
Having an IT infrastructure that doesn't compliment what you as a business are trying to accomplish, will reduce productivity within the organisation. It is therefore necessary to look at the existing infrastructure and where you need to be in order to meet your business objectives. From this a plan can be produced to guide the infrastructure towards these goals.

Clear "moving forward" plan
Formulating a plan to allow the IT infrastructure to develop is the key to ensuring that your IT infrastructure will align with your business goals. SSIL's plans focus on tasks that need to be carried out immediately (short term goals), within the next 6 months (medium term goals) and within the next year (long term goals).

Review and Development
Quarterly reviews of the ICT process and the progress through your organisations "moving forward" plan, ensures that the required tasks get carried out as required.
