Currently the portal provides the following services to our clients:

• Remote control session request - arrange a remote control session with a SSIL Technical Analyst or Engineer
• Incident management - manage all incidents that are currently open with the SSIL helpdesk
• Logging of new support incidents - create new incident requests that will be dealt with by the SSIL helpdesk
• Published Reports Access - gain access to past and present monthly service reports
• Software Downloads - download useful software from our software library
• Technical Article Downloads - download and read the latest technical and service management articles published by SSIL
• Knowledge Base Access - gain access our technical knowledge base that will answer many of your common questions
